- Flowing "feminine" motion and a veil dance
- Strength training: "muscle meditation"
- Upper body using dumbbells/resistance bands
- Poles and leg work fit for a "woman warrior goddess."
- Stretch: elegant postures inspired by statues of sacred temple dancers from India.
